I held my breath as I raised my eyes from his hands to his mouth, his full lips, soft by complete contrast. Silence engulfed us for the first time that evening, my heart pounded in my chest, and a small sigh escaped my lips as we kissed. In Sickness and In Mental Health
Hysteria ran unchecked as my brain raced to find a solution to this monumental problem. The more I tried to find a way out, the worse the hysteria became until finally, hyperventilating and howling noisily, I lost all control!
“Walking in Their Shoes: A Lesson in Empathy”
Remember the old saying: “Never judge a person until you have walked a mile in their shoes.” We’ve all done it at some point in our lives and it doesn’t make us bad people; it’s easily done. 'Life Begins at 40' Really???? I have got to think that it was a man who made that statement! Because I feel pretty certain that most women may have a differing view... I was diagnosed with 'Frozen Shoulder' (Adhesive Capsulitis) 2 years ago! I woke up one morning in complete agony, unable to move my … Continue reading Life Begins at 40???

Is it old age, or just life in general? There seems to be a boat load of change headed my way at the moment and it hasn’t all been plain sailing!
